The following are recruited student-athletes who have signed National Letters of Intent in this year’s early signing period — which started Nov. 12, 2003 and ends Nov. 19, 2003 — for the purpose of attending school in the fall of 2004. Players who sign a NLOI must attend the schools to which they committed for at least one year. For more information, see the National Letter of Intent FAQ.
