College Hockey:
Eight more UW-Stout players suspended

According to a memo sent Wednesday to all Wisconsin-Stout students, faculty and staff from the school’s chancellor and athletic director, the two players charged with murder of another student, Jedidiah McGlasson and Jared Britton, will not be eligible to be reinstated to the Stout hockey team.

Eight other players who were present at the Log Jam tavern on Sept. 18 have also been suspended and will be eligible to apply for reinstatement at the end of this school year.

No names were given.

Since Britton was part of the Engineering Club, 12 Engineering Club members that were at the Log Jam that night were also suspended. Even though they had nothing to do with the events that took place that evening.
