Cornell unseats Wisconsin at top of women’s poll

By one point, Cornell has replaced Wisconsin at the top of the USCHO.com Division I Women’s Poll this week.

Cornell received 139 votes, including seven first place votes, to Wisconsin’s 138 votes and eight first place nods.

Mercyhurst remains at No. 3, while Nos. 4-8 also remain the same with Minnesota-Duluth, Boston University, Boston College, Minnesota and North Dakota, in that order.

Ohio State moves up a notch to No. 9, while Northeastern and Providence, unranked last week, share the tenth spot.
