College Hockey:
Packer, Sperry added to USAH winter camp

Wisconsin forward Madison Packer and Boston University goaltender Kerrin Sperry have been added to the roster for the 2010 USA Hockey Women’s Winter Training Camp, which is set for Dec. 26-31, at the National Sports Center’s Schwan Super Rink, in Blaine, Minn.

Packer and Sperry will take the places of Amanda Kessel (Minnesota) and Alex Rigsby (Wisconsin), who are both injured.

In addition, Minnesota assistant coach Joel Johnson will join the camp coaching staff as an assistant coach.  

Harvard head coach Katey Stone will lead the camp as head coach, while Dartmouth head coach Mark Hudak and Northeastern assistant coach Hilary Witt will serve as assistant coaches.
