College Hockey:
Kazmaier finalists down to Agosta, Duggan, Stack

Senior forwards Meghan Agosta (Mercyhurst), Meghan Duggan (Wisconsin) and Kelli Stack (Boston College) have been named the three finalists for the 2011 Patty Kazmaier Memorial Award.

The award will be handed out March 19 at the Bayfront Convention Center in Erie, Pa., in conjunction with the NCAA Women’s Frozen Four.

Agosta is the second top-three finalist from Mercyhurst (Vicki Bendus won in 2010), while Duggan is the third top-three finalist from Wisconsin (Sara Bauer-2006-07, Jessie Vetter-2009). Bauer won in 2006 and Vetter in 2009.

Stack is the first-ever top-three finalist from Boston College.
