College Hockey:
Paton named volunteer coach for Mercyhurst women

Former New Hampshire All-American and Patty Kazmaier finalist Kelly Paton has been hired as a volunteer assistant coach for the Mercyhurst women.

“We are excited to add Kelly to our staff,” Mercyhurst head coach Michael Sisti said in a press release. “Kelly has great enthusiasm to join our program and will be able to work well with our players. She had a tremendous playing career and a great knowledge of the game. We are looking forward to the upcoming season and providing our players with the building blocks needed to achieve success in all areas of their lives.”

Paton will be taking graduate courses within the world-renowned archaeology/anthropology department at Mercyhurst.
