ECAC women announce preseason all-conference team, coaches’ poll

The ECAC women’s conference has announced its preseason all-conference team and the results of the preseason coaches’ poll.

The all-conference team, voted on by league coaches, is made up of five underclassmen and one senior, who all ranked near the top of every statistical category last season in league play.

Rebecca Johnston, Sr, F, Cornell
Brianne Jenner, So, F, Cornell

Cornell is also the No. 1 team in the preseason poll, also voted on by league coaches.

The Big Red received 11 of 12 first-place votes, while Harvard comes in at No. 2 and Quinnipiac, at No. 3, received the other first-place vote.
