College Hockey:
Holy Cross’ Pearl turns down Massachusetts head coaching job

First, Quinnipiac coach Rand Pecknold turned down the head coaching job at Massachusetts.

The report states Pearl was offered the position earlier this week.

Massachusetts is still in search of a replacement for Don “Toot” Cahoon, who stepped down last month.
