Women’s poll has familiar look with Minnesota in top spot

With a perfect 10-0-0 record, Minnesota gained all 15 first-place votes this week to remain atop the USCHO.com Division I Women’s Poll.

The next four spots are unchanged from last week – No. 2 Cornell, No. 3 Boston University, No. 4 Clarkson and No. 5 Mercyhurst – but after that, the rankings change a bit.

Harvard jumps to No. 6 from No. 9, Northeastern stays seventh, Boston College falls two spots to No. 8, North Dakota drops one to No. 9 and Ohio State enters the poll this week at No. 10.

The USCHO.com Division I Women’s Poll is compiled weekly and consists of 15 voters, including 14 coaches of Division I programs and one women’s hockey writer.
