Wentworth’s Jameson ECAC Northeast player of the year, Nichols’ Larson top goalie

Wentworth senior defenseman Shaun Jameson has been named ECAC Northeast player of the year, while Nichols freshman Alex Larson is the conference’s goalie of the year and Nichols freshman forward Tyler Beasley is rookie of the year.

Jameson led the conference in assists (18) and was second in points (22).

In goal, Larson posted a .932 save percentage, a 2.02 goals-against average and a pair of shutouts.

Beasley had eight goals and eight assists for 16 points, leading all ECAC Northeast freshmen in scoring.

In addition, Nichols’ Kevin Swallow and Salve Regina’s Andy Boschetto are the ECAC Northeast co-coaches of the year.

The conference also named All-ECAC First and Second Teams, honorable mention and an All-Rookie Team.
