College Hockey:
Nicholson, Workman promoted to associate head coach at Robert Morris

Robert Morris has announced the promotion of Matt Nicholson and Mark Workman to dual associate head coaching roles under head coach Derek Schooley.

“Mark and Matt are starting their fifth season at Robert Morris and both are integral parts of our team,” said Schooley in a news release. “Both have done an excellent job in all aspects of our program and are very deserving of the promotion. We are lucky to have two high-quality coaches on our staff.”

Workman was formerly the top assistant at Brown University for six seasons and head coach at Division III St. Scholastica, also his alma mater, for six years.

Nicholson was part of the original Adrian coaching staff in 2007 and also played at Colgate.
