College Hockey:
USA Hockey announces All-American Prospects Games for 2014, 2015

The 2014 and 2015 CCM/USA Hockey All-American Prospects Games will be held at the First Niagara Center in Buffalo, N.Y., USA Hockey announced Tuesday. The 2014 edition will be played on Thursday, Sept. 25, while the date for the 2015 game will be announced next year. The 2012 event was also staged in Buffalo and the 2013 game was played in Pittsburgh.

    Gotta believe the $40 million Harbor Center with those rinks, restaurants, and hotel was a big component here. It will be well attended because Sabres’ are including a ticket with their season ticket package. Still think Buffalo should have won a bid to host the Frozen Four though…
