College Hockey:
Utica, Oswego, Syracuse eye games next season at Carrier Dome

A game between Utica and Oswego and another involving the Syracuse women’s team are part of a proposed event next season at the Carrier Dome in Syracuse, N.Y.

Syracuse.com reported last month that the owner of the Syracuse Crunch AHL team was awaiting a final lease for the building for a game against the Utica Comets.

Utica and Oswego’s men’s teams and the Syracuse women would play on the ice made in the football and basketball stadium, Howard Dolgan told Syracuse.com.

Plans call for the games to be played on a Saturday in November.
