St. Mary’s loses assistant coach Egan to NA3HL

St. Mary’s assistant coach Ryan Egan has left the school to take a job with the La Crosse Freeze Tier III Junior A team as its first coach and general manager.

The Freeze play in the North American 3 Hockey League and recently relocated to Wisconsin from Flint, Mich.

Egan spent the past five seasons as an assistant at St. Mary’s.

Egan was previously the head coach of the San Antonio Diablos of the Western States Hockey League and head coach and program director for the Omaha Energy AAA program.
