Note: The ECAC East plays an interlocking conference schedule with the NESCAC. Games that are scheduled as league games between one team from each conference, are counted in the respective conference's standings. In all other ways, the conferences are separate.
Note: There are nine teams in the ECAC East, seven of which are Division III institutions. St. Anselm and St. Michael's are Division II schools, and are not eligible to participate in the ECAC East postseason tournament Instead, they participate in the six-team Northeast-10 tournament with four other D-II teams, all residing in the ECAC Northeast.
