River Falls Rallies to Tie Marian, 1-1

Kragthorpe Scores Equalizer

— Adam Kragthorpe’s goal with under two minutes remaining lifted Wisconsin-River Falls into a 1-1 with with Marian on Friday night at the Blueline Ice Center.

Kragthorpe scored on an assist from Jeff Bernard at the 18:05 mark of the third period.

Marian took the lead early in the first period on Tommy Kotsopoulos’s first collegiate goal. Joe Moreau assisted.

Both teams had five shots on goal in the overtime period.

Freshman goaltender Terry Dunbar had 39 saves for Marian.
