UW-Stout Tops MSOE 6-1 Behind Weappa’s Pair

— Brad Weappa scored twice as Wisconsin-Stout beat the Milwaukee School of Engineering 6-1 Friday night in a nonconference matchup.

Weappa scored in the final minute of the second period, then turned in an unassisted goal to cap the scoring midway through the third.

Stout used two goalkeepers, with Ben Plester and Justin Wiskie splitting time in the nets. They had 22 saves, while MSOE’s Adam Blomfield had to make 45 stops.
