Hamele, Fredonia Cool Off Oswego, 4-0

— Fredonia netminder Will Hamele slammed the door shut on the previously red-hot Oswego offense, making 37 saves in a 4-0 shutoutat Romney Field House Friday night.

A tripping penalty on Oswego’s Jared Marinich helped Mugavero rack up a power-play goal in the second period, thanks to assists from Marc Fattey and B.J. Bouschor.

Erik Dolesh and Erik Hlavaty scored insurance goals in the third to close it out for Fredonia, which improved to 1-1-1 in the SUNYAC. Oswego’s record goes to 2-1-0 in-conference.
