Koudys, Peterson fuel Bentley’s win over Sacred Heart

— Dan Koudys and Erik Peterson each scored twice, and Bentley used a three-goal second period to launch itself to a 6-2 victory over Sacred Heart on Wednesday.

With the Falcons ahead 2-0 on goals by Peterson and Jared Rickord late in the second period, Koudys scored a power-play goal that gave Bentley (2-3-1, 1-0 Atlantic Hockey) a 3-0 lead going into the third period.

David Berube scored 6:45 into the third period to give the Pioneers (0-5-1, 0-2-1) life, but Koudys scored 14 seconds later to restore the three-goal lead.
