Outshot heavily, Yale manages win over Princeton

— Jackie Raines and Alyssa Zupon scored power-play goals 1:46 apart in the first period, and Yale, outshot 27-8, held off Princeton 2-1 on Friday.

Jackee Snikeris made 26 saves for the Bulldogs (4-7-2, 3-3-1 ECAC Hockey), who scored on two of their three shots on goal in the opening 20 minutes.

Princeton (3-10-1, 3-6-1) outshot Yale 11-0 in the third period but couldn’t come up with a tying goal. Olivia Mucha scored the Tigers’ goal.
