College Hockey:
Maschmeyer, Crowe lead Harvard past Princeton

BOSTON — Emerance Maschmeyer made 44 saves for her sixth collegiate shutout, and No. 7 Harvard beat Princeton 4-0 on Saturday.

Hillary Crowe scored twice, while Samantha Reber and Sarah Edney added goals for the Crimson (2-0).

Maschmeyer, a sophomore, has posted shutouts in six of her 22 collegiate games.

Kimberly Newell made 26 saves for the Tigers (1-1).
