These guys aren’t just good because they practice together, but because they practice a system together. It seems like such a little thing, but when you get out there on the ice with your buddies and your beer-league opponents, and guys are staying out for five-minute shifts and trying to dangle around three guys at once, you realize how much the little things really matter.
