Denver director of hockey operations Joe Howe been hired to the coaching staff for another NCAA Division I college hockey program.
The school was not named in a DU release.
Howe served one season at Denver in his latest role after having served two years as the Pioneers’ volunteer assistant coach.
As a player, Howe played four seasons with Colorado College, appearing in 119 games and posting a 54-50-10 record with a 2.97 GAA and a .905 save percentage.
Denver will begin a national search for a new director of hockey operations immediately.
