PRINCETON, N.J. — Michael Garteig stopped 19 shots to earn the shutout, and Sam Anas tallied a goal and an assist to lead No. 4 Quinnipiac to a 3-0 victory over Princeton Friday night.

After a scoreless first, the Bobcats took a 2-0 lead in the second as Kellen Jones and Jordan Samuels-Thomas scored 30 seconds apart.

Anas scored the Bobcats’ second power-play goal of the night at 6:51 of the third, on a feed by Matthew Peca and Devon Toews. Connor Jones and Connor Clifton also tallied an assist each.

Colton Phinny made 31 saves for Princeton.
