POTSDAM, N.Y. — Clarkson’s streak of bad luck continues.
The Golden Knights led Princeton 3-1 in the third period, but the visiting Tigers scored twice to force overtime and an eventual 3-3 tie.
Sheldon Rempal, Devin Brosseau, and Josh Dickinson all scored for Clarkson. Jake Kielly made 24 saves, while Terrance Amorosa had a pair of assists.
Clarkson is now on an eight-game winless stretch (0-4-4).
Eric Robinson scored twice for Princeton, including the game-tying goal at 15:46 in the third. Ryan Kuffner scored his 24th goal of the year for the Tigers, while Jackson Cressey (three) and Max Véronneau (two) each recorded multiple assists for Princeton.
Ryan Ferland had 37 saves for the Tigers. Princeton is tied with Quinnipiac for seventh place heading into the last night of the regular season, while Clarkson is two points ahead of Harvard for third place.
