Balanced Scoring Leads Western Michigan, 7-2

Seven players scored points as Western Michigan beat Waterloo 7-2 on Friday at Lawson Arena.

Freshman Jeff Campbell earned star-of-the-game honors with a power-play goal and three assists. Mike Bishai also had a goal and three assists in the exhibition victory.

The Broncos led 4-1 in the second period, then put the game away with power-play goals from Cambell and Dana Lattery.

Western Michigan improved its record against Canadian schools to 35-4-4.
