Princeton scores 3 in third to tie No. 9 Cornell

Princeton rallied from a three-goal deficit, with third period goals by Eric Carlson, Andrew Calof and Kevin Ross in a span of nine minutes producing a 3-3 tie with No. 9 Cornell on Saturday.

As the teams skated four-on-four halfway through the third, Calof cut the Tigers’ deficit to 3-2. Just under three minutes later, Ross scored a power-play goal at 12:14 to tie the game.

Dustin Mowrey, Mathieu Brisson and Cole Bardreau scored for the Big Red, and Joel Lowry contributed two assists.

Andy Iles made 28 saves for Cornell (10-4-3, 7-1-2 ECAC Hockey), while Mike Condon make 27 saves for Princeton (6-10-5, 5-8-2).
