Munson, Vermont blank Dartmouth after Catamounts retire St. Louis’ number

BURLINGTON, Vt. — Packy Munson made 39 saves for his third shutout in five home games as Vermont beat Dartmouth 1-0 on Friday.

Brendan Bradley scored on a rebound late in the second period for the Catamounts (9-12-2), who won their fourth straight game.

Before the game, Vermont retired the No. 8 worn by Martin St. Louis when he played for the Catamounts from 1993 to 1997.

Charles Grant stopped 24 shots for the Big Green (5-8-1).
