Paul Thompson, New Hampshire: After putting up an assist in a win at Massachusetts-Lowell last Friday, the senior forward notched a hat trick and added another assist in a 5-1 win over Vermont on Sunday. That ran his point-scoring streak to eight games. :: Paul Thompson’s player page

Dan Bakala, Bemidji State: Entering a series with No. 4 Nebraska-Omaha on the heels of a shutout, the junior goaltender added another one with 25 saves. A night later, he stopped 39 of 40 shots as the Beavers completed their first WCHA sweep. For the weekend, Bakala turned away 64 of the 65 shots he faced (98.5 percent). :: Dan Bakala’s player page
