Keefe, Foley join Northeastern coaching staff

Former Brown assistant coach Jerry Keefe and former Harvard assistant coach Patrick Foley have been named to new head coach Jim Madigan’s staff at Northeastern.

“I am very excited that Jerry and Pat have joined the Northeastern hockey staff,” Madigan said in a statement. “They possess all of the characteristics I felt were necessary to fill these two important roles.”

Keefe has also coached in the Division III ranks at Westfield State and Massachusetts-Boston before his two seasons at Brown from 2009-2011. He played at Providence from 1996-2000.

Foley played at New Hampshire from 2000-2004 and was also an assistant coach with the United States National Team Development Program before his stint at Harvard.
