Future, current NCAA players listed in NHL Central Scouting mid-term rankings

NHL Central Scouting released its mid-term rankings on Tuesday for this June’s NHL draft and more than 60 current or future collegians were listed among the North American skaters, with six more players named in the rankings of North American goaltenders.

Among probable first-round picks, Michigan recruit J.T. Compher is the highest ranked NCAA commitment at No. 20, while Boston College recruit Ian McCoshen is listed at No. 21.

Future Notre Dame goalie Cal Petersen comes in at No. 4 among North American netminders and Waterloo Black Hawks’ teammate and Penn State recruit Eamon McAdam is ranked seventh.
