Hockey East suspends Northeastern blueliner Davies one game for head contact against UMass

Hockey East announced Saturday that Northeastern sophomore defenseman Jeremy Davies has been suspended for one game stemming from an incident at 15:41 of the third period on Friday, Jan. 19, at Massachusetts.

On the play, Davies was given a five-minute major for head contact and a game misconduct.

Davies will miss the game tonight against UMass and will be eligible to return to the Huskies’ lineup on Friday, Jan. 26, against Providence.
