Norwich back on top of D-III men’s rankings

By virtue of receiving 18 of 20 first-place votes this week, Norwich takes over the top spot in the USCHO.com Division III Men’s Poll.

Oswego falls from the top spot, but received two first-place votes and sits second this week.

Wisconsin-Eau Claire remains third, while Hobart jumps two spots to No. 4 and Adrian falls one notch to No. 5.

St. Norbert falls one to No. 6, Plattsburgh stays seventh, as does Bowdoin in the eighth slot. Utica is up one place to No. 9 and Wisconsin-Superior is up a pair to No. 10.

Middlebury retains the No. 11 spot, Amherst tumbles four spots to No. 12, Manhattanville jumps two places to No. 13, Milwaukee School of Engineering moves up one to No. 14 and St. Thomas falls two to sit 15th this week.

The USCHO.com Division III Men’s Poll is compiled weekly and consists of 20 voters, including 18 coaches of Division III programs and two men’s hockey writers.
