  1. I cannot express how happy I am for coach Chris Howe and his staff, players and the hockey community at Concordia. I have gotten to know Coach Howe over the past three seasons, after coming across him on his recruiting trails. Through the process, I have kept an eye on his program. Perhaps with a sense of woderment, as to how this enthusiastic man could possibly turn around a program that had hit the doldrums when he took it over. As a western Canadian, we all knew of Concordia’s glory days when several of our young men went to CC for a great education and hockey experience. Since the turn of the century, honestly CC became an afterthought. Today, the school is relevant and the kids I know love it there. Chris is a good person, he works hard and he has delivered on what he said to the players I know that went there. You will love it here, you will be treated well and we will get better. Here they are in second place in the MIAC – albeit the season is not over. But good for a great guy and a great school.

  3. “Air Force staged a terrific comeback to earn a home-ice split with Rochester Institute of Technology”

Funny, I thought it was the officials that earned that split for Air Force. How quickly we forget.
