Matt McArdle has joined the Merrimack program as a graduate transfer after three seasons at Lake Superior State.
The defenseman will be eligible to play immediately for the 2018-19 season.
Over 83 games with the Lakers, McArdle tallied 10 points (goal, nine assists) and 71 PIMs.
