USCHO Women’s Game of the Week:
Brown at Princeton

Princeton has been systematic and stifling in driving toward the Ivy League title, top billing in the ECACHL, and its winningest season ever (the record is 20). Brown has been streaky, but a win over No. 8 Clarkson may have righted the ship just in time for the Bears to make their own push for the Ivy crown, home ice in the ECAC Quarterfinals, and a season sweep of the Tigers. The last five games in the series have all been decided by one goal, including a seesaw affair at Meehan Auditorium last month in which two teams better known for defense combined for seven goals on 76 shots. Princeton has yet to drop a conference game at Baker Rink (6-0-1), but Brown owns the second-best road record in the ECACHL (5-2-2). The final weekend of the regular season, the intensity of a classic Ivy rivalry, and a lot on the line — this should be fun.
