St. Norbert takes top spot from Norwich in D-III men’s rankings

St. Norbert is the new No. 1 team in the USCHO.com Division III Men’s Poll, getting 10 first-place votes to unseat formerly top-ranked Norwich.

Norwich garnered eight first-place votes and drops to second this week.

Hobart earned two first-place nods and stays ranked third.

Spots four through eight remain unchanged, with Bowdoin, Oswego, Wisconsin-Eau Claire, Adrian and Utica occupying those ranks, respectively.

Plattsburgh is up one to No. 9, flip-flopping this week with Amherst.

Manhattanville rises one to No. 11, Williams is up one to No. 12 and Wisconsin-Superior falls two to No. 13.

At No. 14, Babson enters the rankings after being unranked, while Massachusetts-Boston does likewise at No. 15 to round out the rankings.

The USCHO.com Division III Men’s Poll is compiled weekly and consists of 20 voters, including 18 coaches of Division III programs and two men’s hockey writers.
