Women’s D-I rankings show Minnesota a unanimous No. 1

Minnesota swept aside Ohio State last weekend to run its record to 30-0 and is again the unanimous top-ranked team in the USCHO.com Division I Women’s Poll.

The next five spots mirror last week’s poll as Boston College, Boston University, Cornell, Harvard and Clarkson sit second through sixth, respectively.

Wisconsin swept St. Cloud State and moved up one to No. 7, North Dakota is also up one to No. 8 after sweeping Bemidji State and Mercyhurst falls two spots to No. 9 after a split with Robert Morris.

Northeastern is once again ranked, this week at No. 10 after beating BU in the Beanpot semifinals last Tuesday.

The USCHO.com Division I Women’s Poll is compiled weekly and consists of 15 voters, including 14 coaches of Division I programs and one women’s hockey writer.
