The WCHA on Saturday gave Alaska-Anchorage forward Mason Mitchell a one-game suspension for his contact-to-the-head penalty in Friday’s game.
Mitchell was ejected for the hit 1:22 into a 3-3 tie at Alabama-Huntsville.
The freshman will miss Saturday’s rematch against the Chargers.
