Here is a rundown of how the top 20 teams in the USCHO.com Division I Men’s Poll of Oct. 29 fared over the Nov. 1-3 weekend.

No. 1 Minnesota Duluth – did not play

No. 2 St. Cloud State – swept at Colorado College

No. 3 Providence – won at Holy Cross

No. 4 Minnesota State – swept No. 10 Minnesota in home-and-home

No. 5 Notre Dame – split at home with No. 7 Ohio State

No. 6 Penn State – split with Arizona State at home

No. 7 Ohio State – split at No. 5 Notre Dame

No. 8 Denver – swept Western Michigan at home

No. 9 Bowling Green – split at home with Northern Michigan

No. 10 Minnesota – swept by No. 4 Minnesota State in home-and-home

No. 11 Massachusetts – won at New Hampshire

No. 12 Michigan – split at Lake Superior State

No. 13 Northeastern – tied at home, lost at Boston University

No. 14 North Dakota – swept No. 16 Wisconsin at home

No. 15 Quinnipiac – won at Harvard, lost at Dartmouth

No. 16 Wisconsin – was swept at No. 14 North Dakota

No. 17 Union – defeated St. Lawrence at home, defeated Clarkson at home

No. 18 Cornell – defeated Yale at home, defeated Brown at home

No. 19 Princeton – won at Dartmouth, tied at Harvard

No. 20 Miami – split at Omaha


  1. The language they use here is confusing. Wisconsin (who was swept) is listed as “swept at North Dakota”. They WERE swept BY UND. St Cloud swept their series at CC but is also listed as “swept at Colorado College”.
