Atlantic Hockey announced Tuesday that Robert Morris freshman defenseman Elias Ghantous has received a one-game suspension for his contact to the head major penalty during the Colonials’ exhibition contest on Saturday, Oct. 4 against Ryerson.
Ghantous was assessed five-minute major and game misconduct penalties at the 6:17 mark of the third period.
He will serve the suspension on Friday, Oct. 10, when RMU hosts Lake Superior State.
