ISS Hockey ranks top 30 college freshmen; Boston College’s White takes top nod

ISS Hockey, a top scouting service, has come out with its list of the top 30 NCAA freshmen for the 2015-16 season.

A total of 15 schools are represented by the list, including North Dakota with five selections and Michigan with four players listed.
