BU kills five-on-three, heads to third with a 1-0 lead

The Terriers killed the two BC power plays and the second period closed with BU hanging onto the 1-0 lead.

Thanks to BC’s late power plays, it held a 15-6 advantage in shots in the period and has a 22-17 edge through two. We’ll be back with game stats through forty minutes when they’re available.

    • BU fan here and I cannot believe it is not on ESPN360.

I watched the Maine Class A Hockey championships on my iPad this year and cannot fathom why this NCAA Championship is invisible.

    • True enough. Heck, they didn’t even televise the biggest state tournament in terms of attendance – the Minnesota State High School Hockey Tournament. No offense to Maine, but no Minnesota – really?

  1. It’s not on ESPN3 when so much else is, because the NCAA wants to charge rights fees equivalent to what it claims CBS/Turner have already paid for them. It was Big 10 Network that was more interested.

  2. My B1G question for MN, was why use Isackson in the shootout, Rau, Condon, Kloos, Warning all better choices. No move and he missed the net. He also didnt even play the next night.
